User Testing: Goal, Research Questions and the Script

  • How do people recall memories?
  • What makes things memorable?
  • What triggers a recollection of a memory?
  • When introduced to a familiar song, will they recall the context they were in when listening to that song for the first time?
  • Does recalling a memory through music add value to their life?
  • How often should we remind people of that memory?
  • Are people comfortable making their current music listening habits accessible to people in immediate physical proximity?
  • Is it valuable to discover music from people in your immediate vicinity?
  • If so, how close do they have to be for the experience to be meaningful?
